Confirmation Checklist for Hyperfibre Speed Issue


1. Direct Connection to ONT (10G Port)

Have you connected your PC/laptop directly to the ONT port (10G)?
Note: Please ensure your device has a 2.5/5/10GbE Network Adapter. Avoid using your router for this connection.


2. Use of CAT 6 or Higher Ethernet Cable

Are you using a CAT 6 cable or higher for this connection?
Note: CAT 6 cables support speeds up to 10Gbps. Lower category cables, like CAT 5e (1Gbps) or CAT 5 (100Mbps), may limit your speed.


3. Speedtest App Execution

Did you open the Speedtest app on your PC/laptop?

  • Click the Windows icon and type “store.”
  • Search for “Speedtest by Ookla” and open the app.
  • Select the server Feenix Communication Limited and click Go.

4. Screenshot Submission

Have you taken a screenshot of your Speedtest results and sent it to us?
