Helpful Information
Installation & Setup
Once your Business Hyperfibre order is confirmed, our provisioning team will contact you to schedule installation. Installation is typically completed within 1–2 business days if an ONT is already in place. If a Hyperfibre ONT is not installed — including cases where only a standard Fibre ONT is present — installation will be scheduled according to your Local Fibre Company (LFC). Depending on the LFC’s availability, installation may take approximately 1 to 4 weeks to complete.
Equipment
A compatible business-grade, multi-gigabit-capable router is required for Hyperfibre service. You may use your own equipment or request a pre-configured router from WorldNet. For optimal wireless performance, position your router in an open area, away from walls or metal surfaces.
Plan Change
All Business Hyperfibre plans are based on a 24-month fixed-term contract. During the contract period, you may request a plan upgrade at any time — your existing contract term will continue from the original start date. Plan downgrades or early terminations may incur additional charges depending on the remaining contract term. To discuss upgrade options or renewal after your contract period ends, please contact the WorldNet Business Support Team.
Moving House
Relocating your office? You can easily transfer your Business Fibre service to a new address. Please contact our support team prior to your move — we’ll coordinate the installation and activation at your new location.

If your connection experiences slow speeds or temporary disconnections, restart your modem or router first. If the issue persists, please contact our New Zealand-based Business Support Team for prompt and reliable assistance.
