Service Request & Activation
Once your Virtual PBX order is confirmed, our provisioning team will create your PBX account and configure your extensions remotely. Setup is typically completed within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive your SIP credentials and admin portal login details via email.
Equipment Setup
Virtual PBX works with most SIP-compatible IP phones, softphones, or ATA devices. You can use your existing equipment or request a pre-configured device from WorldNet. For best performance, ensure your device is connected to a stable broadband connection and configured with the provided SIP details.
Number Porting (Optional)
You can keep your existing business phone numbers when switching to Virtual PBX. Simply provide your current provider details during your order, and our team will manage the porting process for you.
