Service Request & Activation

If you already have WorldNet broadband, you can request a Business Landline (VoIP) anytime.
Once received, our team will process your order and activate your VoIP line — typically within 1–2 business days.

Equipment Setup

By default, your VoIP service is activated on the TEL port of your ONT.
If you’re using an IP Phone or ATA device, please let us know so we can configure it for you.
For broadband connections with another ISP, the ONT TEL port may not be available — in this case, connect your VoIP service via an IP Phone or ATA device.

Number Porting (Optional)

Keep your existing phone number when moving to WorldNet.
Just provide your current provider details during your order.
