Installation & Setup
Once your Fibre order and payment are confirmed, our provisioning team will contact you to schedule an installation. Installation usually takes 1–2 business days if an ONT already exists, or several days to weeks if a new ONT is required.
Equipment
A compatible Hyperfibre router is required for the service. You can use your own router or request one from WorldNet. For best performance, place your router in an open area, away from walls or metal objects.
Plan Change
If you are on a no-term plan, plan changes are usually applied from your next invoice date. If you wish to request a specific change date, please contact WorldNet Support Team to confirm the arrangement. For customers on a fixed-term plan, changes will also take effect from your next invoice date. Please note that your existing contract term will remain in place after the plan change.
Moving House
Moving soon? You can transfer your Hyperfibre connection to your new address easily. Contact our support team before your move — we’ll handle the setup at your new location.
