Helpful Information

Service Request & Activation

If you already have WorldNet broadband, you can request a Home Landline anytime.
Once your request is received, our team will create the order and activate your VoIP line — usually within 1–2 business days.

Equipment Setup

Your VoIP service is activated on the TEL port of your ONT by default. If you use an IP phone or ATA device, please let us know so we can configure it for you.
If your broadband connection is with another ISP, the ONT’s TEL port cannot be used. In this case, you’ll need to connect your VoIP service through an IP Phone or ATA device.

Number Porting (Optional)

You can keep your existing phone number when switching to WorldNet.
Simply provide your current provider details during your application or request.
