Fibre / Hyperfibre installation & setup

Once your Fibre order and payment are confirmed, our provisioning team will contact you to schedule an installation. Installation usually takes 1–2 business days if an ONT already exists, or several days to weeks if a new ONT is required.

What is Wireless broadband

Wireless broadband delivers fast, reliable internet access through 4G or 5G mobile networks — no cables required. It’s a flexible and convenient option for homes or businesses where fibre isn’t available, offering quick setup and consistent performance.
Unlike traditional wired connections, wireless broadband can be self-installed, making it ideal for renters or users on the move.
At WorldNet, our Wireless plans come with unlimited data, no fixed-term contracts, and no hidden fees, giving you the freedom to stay connected wherever coverage is available.

Wireless installation & setup

Once your Wireless order and payment are confirmed, WorldNet will activate and ship your SIM card. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.
After receiving your SIM, insert it into your wireless router to complete setup.

Equipment

A compatible router is required for the service. You can use your own router or request one from WorldNet. For best performance, place your router in an open area, away from walls or metal objects.

Plan change

If you are on a no-term plan, plan changes are usually applied from your next invoice date. If you wish to request a specific change date, please contact WorldNet Support Team to confirm the arrangement.

Moving house

Moving soon?
– For Fibre and Hyperfibre broadband, you can transfer your connection to your new address easily.
– For Wireless broadband, Wireless doesn’t require ONT changes, but your SIM card address needs to be updated.
Contact our support team before your move — we’ll handle the setup at your new location.
